Mrs. Teresa Garrett has been taking care of and loving the students of Glennville Elementary School for 15 years. She seeks to develop a relationship with the students as well as the parents. She is always available to meet the medical needs of the students and staff during normal school hours. Mrs. Garrett graduated from Ogeechee Technical School in 1999 and has enjoyed her career at Glennville Elementary every day since then. School based Health Center (SBHC), utilizing Telemedicine to access physicians, is available at your child’s school. The School-Based Collaborative Healthcare Center’s primary focus is to provide quality, accessible health care to the children and staff of Tattnall County Schools. All students have access to the school based health center and its services.
Services offered in the SBHC include care for acute illnesses, minor injuries, management and ongoing care of existing medical conditions, monthly medication management/medication maintenance and mental health, substance abuse, and family centered case management.
